The dev log is really wordy so I'd rather not put it all here but you can read the full thing within the v1.1 file that's now available, furthermore what you can expect is rebalanced bosses, extra flavour elements such as projectile trails and snazzy impacts and just general tweaks behind the scenes to make it better.
