Kaboom Kobolds

About:
A rival Kobold has intruded upon your territory, the problem is that you can't see them, they can't see you but you can definitely hear them scampering around in the dark, their calls echo throughout the halls, you can't pin point where they are but you have a rough idea and the repeated explosions seem to suggest they're looking for you too, no doubt they know exactly what they're doing here.

How To Play:
You and another player on the same keyboard play as Kobolds, neither of you can see the other nor their bombs but you can bump into both and hear them, audio is 3D but locked to the middle of the playable area so learning to trust your hearing and sonar pings to figure out their position is key of course you also gather power ups from breakable walls to make killing the other player much easier especially when there's not enough breakable walls.

Q / O - Scree Sonar
E / U - Place Bomb
W / A / S / D / I / J / K / L - Move

This was made for Lone Rabbit's 2022 Multiplayer Game Jam, the theme is trust, originally I wanted to make a coop with friendly fire but then I remembered that a while ago I wanted to make a Bomberman styled game and figured out making the other player and their bombs invisible and audio 3D with a ping system would at the very least be an interesting way to tackle the challenge, if I knew how to make multiplayer online then I would have done that as well as have local and even 4+ players but there's only so much I can do alone and I'm happy with how it has turned out!
